Premiering Reina

We’re thrilled to be part of Buddies in Bad Times Theatre’s season once again, this time with Augusto Bitter’s new multidisciplinary work, Reina. Reina is a movement-centric hybrid between theatre, dance, and performance art that resists categorization. The piece envisions the many lives of the anonymous woman depicted on a bag of Harina P.A.N. corn flour.

The show will premier as part of the Genrefuck Series double bill May 21-31, 2025. Tickets available now!

Premiering Cat Sitters at Inside Out Toronto

Our newest short film is premiering at the TIFF Bell Lightbox as part of Toronto’s leading queer film festival, Inside Out!

Cat Sitters is a queer comedy-horror following four cat sitting friends in a house that keeps getting creepier by the second. The short film is directed by Claren Grosz and stars many familiar faces from the kit: Margarita Valderrama, Liz Der, Sofía Rodríguez and Augusto Bitter!

Tickets available now!

Touring I love the smell of gasoline

We had an absolute blast at the Expanse Festival in Edmonton this past March! It was a dream come true to take this piece to Alberta, when the play is in many ways a complicated love letter to the province.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this tour happen!

CHICHO is available to stream!

We adapted Augusto Bitter’s hit show CHICHO into a short film and it premiered at Outfest Fusion in Los Angeles in March 2023. It’s since screened across the Americas.

And now, we’ve released it to the public and it’s available to stream online. Click here to watch, and learn more about the artists and festival circuit.
